A square set access panel was installed in the ceiling to address water leakage from plumbing above, and two sections of the ceiling were removed due to a possum infestation in the roof cavity. If you hear possums in your ceiling, it is suggested that you have them removed, as they can cause significant damage to plasterboard ceilings in a short time.

This afternoon had a phone call regarding 12 holes to be fixed in bedroom walls that needed patching by today. I arrived 30 minutes later at 2:30pm. Job is now completed another happy customer.
