To the gentleman who looked like he'd wandered off the set of a low-budget pirate movie:

Throwing a bottle out of your car and smashing it near our bowsers is not impressive. Neither is incorrectly fuelling your vehicle while attempting to impress the young lady accompanying you.

What is impressive is showing basic respect for other people, their property, and the staff who have to clean up after thoughtless behaviour.

We welcome customers who treat our premises, staff, and fellow patrons with courtesy and respect. Based on today's performance, you may wish to find somewhere else to showcase your swashbuckling talents in future.

Enjoy the well-deserved time with family and friends, and don’t forget to indulge in a few (or maybe a few too many 😄) sweet chocolate treats! It’s been a couple of weeks since we last checked in… and wow, what a ride it’s been! 😅

To say things have been a little “busy” would be the understatement of the year. We’ve been absolutely inundated with orders and requests, running full steam ahead trying to keep up with demand while on strict allocations. Along the way we’ve been yelled at, warmly thanked, offered (very tempting!) cash bribes, surprised with flowers and chocolate deliveries… and even had one very memorable encounter involving a car and a staff member (don’t worry, they’re okay!).

Through it all, our incredible team has been showing up every single day, giving it their all to meet everyone’s needs. We couldn’t be prouder of their resilience, humour, and dedication under pressure.

We also want to send a huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing clients who have shown patience, kindness, and understanding over the past few weeks. Your support, gratitude, and recognition truly mean the world to us, it never goes unnoticed 💛

We absolutely understand that it’s been a stressful and uncertain time for many, and we’re committed to doing everything we can to keep things moving for you, no matter your industry.
