Our team recently completed a full ultrasonic thickness survey of a 23-metre industrial silo for a long-standing client โ start to finish via rope access.
Eight drops from the roof to the base. 288 wall thickness readings across twelve shell courses. No scaffold, no crane, no heavy plant on site. Just a small, highly trained crew working safely off the structure and a client who could keep operating around us.
The part we are most proud of is what happens after the ropes come down. We build our own data visualisation software in-house, so the readings our technicians take on the wall become a clear, interactive picture of the asset that the client's engineering team can use to monitor and manage it over time.
Safe access. Accurate data. Software we wrote ourselves. That combination is not common in this industry, and it is exactly what we set out to build.
