- Level 2 or 3 IRATA Rope Access Technician

✅ Location: Millmerran
✅ When: Commencing on-site 26th October 2026 (mobilising to Millmerran on the 25th October)
✅ Short Duration: 3 days (11hr work-days)

GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK:
- Rigging: Installation of pipework/spools with bolted connections. (2 days)
- Confined space visual inspection of surge bin. (1 day)

THE ESSENTIALS:
- Level 2 or 3 IRATA Rope Access Certification with Rigging Ticket.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Working at Heights (renewed within 2yrs)
- Confined Space (renewed within 2yrs)
- Legally able to start work immediately in Australia
- Valid drivers licence
- Construction Induction card (White or Blue card)
- Pass regular drug & alcohol testing

Another one in the books 📝

Our team recently completed a full ultrasonic thickness survey of a 23-metre industrial silo for a long-standing client — start to finish via rope access.

Eight drops from the roof to the base. 288 wall thickness readings across twelve shell courses. No scaffold, no crane, no heavy plant on site. Just a small, highly trained crew working safely off the structure and a client who could keep operating around us.

The part we are most proud of is what happens after the ropes come down. We build our own data visualisation software in-house, so the readings our technicians take on the wall become a clear, interactive picture of the asset that the client's engineering team can use to monitor and manage it over time.

Safe access. Accurate data. Software we wrote ourselves. That combination is not common in this industry, and it is exactly what we set out to build.

🔧 𝗪𝗲'𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵.

When our rope access technicians survey a silo, they come back with hundreds of wall thickness readings. Historically those go into a table — accurate, thorough, and almost impossible for anyone outside the trade to actually read.

So we developed our own software to fix that.

🎨 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀

It takes those same readings and builds a 3D model of the silo, colour-mapped like a thermal image. Red and orange where the steel is thinnest, right through to the areas still in good condition.

You can spin it around, flatten the whole thing out onto one page, or look down on it from above.

📱 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘀

Instead of a spreadsheet, they receive a file they can open on their own computer, tablet or phone — no software to install, no internet needed — and have a look at their own asset themselves.

- 1 x Level 3 IRATA Rope Access Technician

✅ Location: Millmerran
✅ When: Commencing on-site 29th June 2026 (mobilising to Millmerran on the 28th June)
✅ Duration: Approx. 12 days (10hr work-days)

GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK:
- Close visual inspection of monorail structural steel members and critical connection points as per engineering documentation.
- Bolt/washer/nut replacements with photo-log and documentation of each critical connection point.
- Electrical cable runs, tie-ins (Approx. 1 day)
- Any other emergent works as per the clients requirements

BOILERMAKER SCOPE:
- Welding of splice plate

THE ESSENTIALS:
- Level 3 IRATA Rope Access Certification with Rigging Ticket.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Working at Heights (renewed within 2yrs)
- Confined Space (renewed within 2yrs)
- Legally able to start work immediately in Australia
- Valid drivers licence
- Construction Induction card (White or Blue card)
- Pass regular drug & alcohol testing

PREFERABLE:
- Boilermaker with current Magnetic Particle Testing (MPI) certification (AINDT)
