Dear valued customers,

Effective Friday, 14 August 2026, Di Candilo Steel City will transition to a remote operating model for our Exmouth branch, with all staff supporting the region from our Perth office.

As part of this transition, we will be implementing several operational changes to the way we service our Exmouth customers. Our priority is to ensure these changes are introduced with minimal disruption and that we continue to provide the high level of service and support our customers expect.
We appreciate your understanding during this period of adjustment and are confident that, with time, these new processes will become a seamless part of our ongoing operations in the region.


The following changes will be implemented as of today.

• Di Candilo Steel City will continue to stock steel in Exmouth at 27 Tuckey St, onsite with Western Edge Engineering. All orders will be required to come through [email protected] or [email protected] and reference “Exmouth” OR contact 08 9279 7244 and ask for Natalie (implemented after 14th August)
• If we have the available stock in Exmouth for an order request, we will arrange for the staff at Western Edge Engineering to prepare and bundle these orders and I will advise when it is available to collect (implemented after 14th August)
• Stock lengths that cannot be legally and safely transported will not be loaded by Western Edge Engineering, we will offer a service of having steel cut down so to suit legal loads and your requirements, a fee for cutting services and lead times will apply, as staff are not always present on site. Customers are welcome to load their vehicles/trailers by hand only, Westen Edge staff cannot assist with this legally
• Cutting your own steel on the property located at 27 Tuckey St (Western Edge Engineering) is not permitted at any time
• Any steel requirements not available in Exmouth will come from Perth and delivered to a local freight depot for you to collect, freight charges will come direct from the freight company or included on your order
• All Bremick orders will need to be delivered directly to you, an address will be required at the time of order

Neetalok Fencing Orders!

Good morning Exmouth & surrounds,

We are currently taking orders for Neetalok Fencing & components.
Due to the current cost of fuel prices, freight has become even more expensive. To assist our customers with this, orders will be sent up together to reduce the cost of freight. A freight charge will be applied to all orders to cover this cost.

Orders must be received by 2pm Friday the 24th, payment will be required prior to processing.

Materials will arrive in Exmouth during the week of the 4th of May and customers will be advised once available to collect.

We still have left over Neetalok Fencing that we are now selling at cost due to minor damage, scratches (this can be touched up with paint), small dents etc, and will need a wipe down.

We are currently still without power - this means no phone too, but massive shout out to Horizon Power and other crews who have been working around the clock to get us all back up and running!

We hope everyone is coping as well as they can at this time.

We are currently without power and no ETA at present as to when it will be back on.

Our site is currently inaccessable due to the rain and we can not sell steel.

We understand people have requirements, but please be patient with us while we all work through this time. Once everything is back up and running we will advise when we will be open again.
