A new chapter in the workshop for Jason.

After spending a number of years working across different companies, Jason decided it was time to take the next step and work towards becoming a qualified tradesman.

He’s recently joined DCL Engineering as an adult apprentice and has hit the ground running, bringing plenty of determination, a strong work ethic and perfect attendance so far.

Taking on an apprenticeship later in your career takes commitment, and it’s great to have Jason on board as he works towards achieving his trade qualification.

Last week we recognised National Reconciliation Week, a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures and achievements, and to consider how we can contribute to reconciliation in our everyday lives.

As a 100% Indigenous-owned family business, reconciliation is something that extends well beyond a single week on the calendar.

From Bill Green establishing the business more than 65 years ago, to Greg Green leading its growth and evolution, and now the next generation helping shape its future, DCL Engineering's story has always been built on family, resilience, opportunity and community.

We are proud of our Indigenous heritage and proud to represent Indigenous business within Australia's heavy industry sector.
