Nice backyard renovation completed over the last few weeks in Flagstaff Hill.
Demo of old Permapine retaining wall.
Reshape of backyard to incorporate a lower tier for garden bed.
Installation of new retaining walls including two stairs.
Final spread of topsoil over area ready for lawn.

Flood irrigation bays being laser graded this week before the rains arrived.

Another large project finished up this week.
New Hans Heysen Art Gallery completed on the grounds surrounding the original historic buildings.
Works included removal of many pine trees and bulk out of site.
Retaining wall and building site prep.
Bulk out of carpark and driveway areas.
Building and carpark stormwater including in ground Detention Tank and Ecosol pollutant trap.
Base prep of concrete kerbing and footpath areas completed.
Base prep of Carpark area with a final layer of cement treated rubble.
Final tidy up with extra footpaths and stairs along with topsoil spread where needed.

Carpark extension at the Hahndorf Fruit and Veg Market.
Original fill was pushed up and compacted in layers with imported fill to reach current levels.
A retaining wall built and rubble base prepared for new gutters and footpaths.
New Armco Barrier installed, and finally a rubble base laser graded to height for a final layer of bitumen and then line marking.

December and January was all about delivering three new Courts for the Mount Compass Netball Club.
The old courts had cracking and water pooling in areas creating an unsafe surface for players.
Demolition of not one but two courts ( one on top of the other) in most areas uncovered some history.
New electrical runs for existing and future light poles trenched in and wired up thanks to Laser Electrical.
Sub base was then graded up ready for a 150mm layer of PM1 rubble which was laser graded with fall for water runoff and compacted.
Pole inserts concreted in and finished off with a new surface thanks to Elite Ashphalt.👌
