Following the ambience upgrade works at Forest Hill Chase, OTTO are now well underway delivering a new competition-grade, three-court basketball facility on the Level 3 car park.

The steel structure is going up, and the scale of the courts is already taking shape - a major addition that will bring high-quality community sport directly into the centre.

Great momentum on our Bentleigh project for Time & Place.

Demolition is complete, in-ground footings, piles and raft slabs are locked in, and we’re now moving into Level 1 formwork with precast installation underway — a key step as the structure comes out of the ground.
