Ozland would like to congratulate our latest group of leaders who successfully completed the “Supervise in the Workplace” units of competence at our Head Office last week.

Facilitated by Tyler Burrows and Brendan Green, this training is designed to equip and support our frontline leaders with the critical skills they need to confidently follow Ozland processes and continue developing as effective leaders.

A special congratulations also goes to Jean Brown and Brad Drew, who have now completed all modules that make up the Ozland Leadership Program. This achievement includes not only the Supervise in the Workplace component, but also WHS for Supervisors and Managers and Wellbeing in the Workplace.

Well done to everyone involved — a great achievement and a strong step forward in building leadership capability across the business.

Congratulations to Zanden Butcher on successfully completing all components of the Ozland Leadership Program.

Over the past year, Zanden has completed his Statutory Supervisor requirements, Mental Health First Aid, Provide First Aid, and the Supervise in the Workplace training modules—demonstrating a strong commitment to leadership, safety, and professional development.

Zanden is the first of many to complete this program and will play an important role in mentoring and supporting the next generation of emerging leaders at Ozland.

Ozland is proud to have delivered the inaugural Supervise in the Workplace course — a key milestone in our broader Ozland Leadership Program.

This program has been designed to strengthen and support our frontline leaders through a blend of internal development and nationally recognised training.

Delivered over four days at Ozland’s Head Office, the course focused on critical capabilities including risk management, effective communication, workplace supervision, and leading by example.

We would like to thank our RTO partner, TrainingU, for their support and for providing high-quality nationally recognised training materials that contributed to the success of the program.

A special thank you to the participants for their strong engagement and valuable feedback, which will play an important role in shaping and enhancing the Ozland Leadership Program for future leaders.
