Another week, another awards night for Caitlyn… 🏆

On Wednesday she attended the 2026 Master Builders Victoria State Apprentice of the Year Awards, which recognises apprentices who demonstrate outstanding commitment, growth and skill in their trade.

Caitlyn received a Certificate of Excellence as part of the awards, recognised among some of Victoria’s top apprentice carpenters for her work ethic, attitude and development throughout her apprenticeship.

At this point we’re starting to think she just likes dressing up, dragging the boss along for support and collecting certificates 😉

But seriously, we are super PROUD of everything she’s achieved since joining our team and the way she represents both Proud Projects and the industry on and off site. Well done again, Caitlyn.

Completed as part of a full home renovation, this kitchen was redesigned to enhance flow, functionality and everyday living.

The new layout opens the space and centres it around a generous island, creating a more connected and highly practical environment.

A standout feature is the gas hob seamlessly integrated into the stone, allowing the veining to flow uninterrupted - a considered detail that creates a true statement.

And with integrated dog bowls built into the island, the four-legged members of this household are just as well looked after.

We loved working with Tamara Jane Kitchens to build this refined, high-end kitchen that balances design with day-to-day practicality.
