Our Patterson Lakes project.

Our client had several small projects to be completed, they were looking for a company to take on and manage it all with communication, quality and solutions.

- Garage ceiling needed to be replaced as it had collapsed
- Replace the door leading into the house with a solid door and a digital lock
- The ensuite never had a door so we installed an external sliding door with stainless steel hardware
- Installed a motor to the rear garage roller door and external keypad to gain entry
- Add and relocate electrical power points and light switches
- Upgrade the electrical switchboard
- Plus a few smaller odd jobs

Our clients purchased this property with a nicely presented “renovated” bathroom, they soon found out that it was not all that it seems. Due to incompetent building they had extensive water damage and black mould to the bathroom, hallway and adjoining bedrooms.
