Our 40t Frannas recently completed a series of complex lifts supporting cross passage construction works for Spark North East Link. Operating within a live tunnel environment demands precise planning, specialist equipment and experienced operators.

To meet the requirements of underground construction, our tunnel fleet have been specifically prepared with:

- Experienced and specialist lift engineers

- Tunnel-inducted cranes, operators & riggers

- Fire suppression systems fitted

- Low-emission engines

The AT40 continues to prove itself as one of the industry's most versatile pick-and-carry cranes, delivering exceptional maneuverability and lifting performance in the tight spaces that major projects present.

As demand for specialist infrastructure lifting continues to grow, we expanded our fleet in July with the addition of a third 40t Franna available for projects across Victoria and Tasmania.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of Tier 1 infrastructure projects, we are seeking an ambitious and driven Project Engineer to join our Melbourne team.
This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced project managers, crane specialists, rigging professionals and site teams delivering some of the most complex lifting and construction challenges in the industry.

Combining engineering expertise, specialised equipment and highly skilled personnel, we partner with many of the nation's leading contractors to deliver critical project outcomes.

The Role

Reporting to our Project Delivery Team, you will be involved in the planning, coordination and ex*****on of major projects from tender through to completion.

Responsibilities include:
• Project planning and engineering support
• Assist with lift studies and methodology development (use of CAD beneficial)
• Coordination of crane, transport and rigging operations
• Preparing and reviewing construction methodologies
• On site coordination
• Contract administration and progress claims
• Site inspections and project delivery support
• Assisting with tender submissions and project pricing

What We're Looking For

We welcome candidates with experience in construction, infrastructure, steel er****on, precast installation, heavy lifting or related disciplines.
Beneficial experience includes:
✅ Structural steel projects
✅ Precast concrete installation
✅ Crane and lifting operations
✅ AutoCAD or similar drafting software
✅ Contract administration
✅ Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction environments
✅ Project planning and scheduling
✅ Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is proactive, organised and eager to develop their career within a growing business.
