Late last year, we completed a boutique development in Newtown, Geelong for an inspiring mother and daughter team seeking to create a long term passive income stream.

The project features four townhouses, each spanning four levels and crowned with a private outdoor terrace. We managed the entire process from initial design through to construction and landscaping, ensuring every detail was thoughtfully considered and inline with the project’s overall goals.

Both our clients and our team are incredibly proud of how beautifully these homes have come together.
