This unit a perfect example of the wrong style of unit for the application.
Split systems often come with a cheaper installation price compared to other styles of A/C, but this does not necessarily mean it's right for the application.

If your being quoted Split systems for your Commercial property with no other options provided or allowance for fresh air, we'd highly advise you to get another quote to avoid a scenario like this.
