Working with Demolition Co Gold Coast, de gassing 26 splits systems and a pool heater before this apartment block is demolished in Main Beach QLD.
No access to the outdoor units as they are all on ledges with no safety railings. All refrigerant removed and recovered by pipe work accessible at the indoor units.

Our customer wasn’t a fan of split systems and ducted airconditioning wasn’t in the budget for this renovation so we worked with our client to come up with an alternative. We received a callout to a split system that was less than 12 months old and not cooling. We found that the installation was very unprofessional and there was no refrigerant gas left in the system. Thankfully, we located the leak, repaired, replaced the pipe work and tidied up the installation. Now this customer can enjoy their amazing view in comfort!
