Our clients bought this house for the front balcony as it was a point of difference within the street, unfortunately it was not structurally sound and unusable from the get go.

We removed the rotten joists and repaired the termite damage. New joists were fitted, 90mm Merbau decking boards laid and a new aluminium balustrade installed.

The time has come for them to be able to enjoy a glass of wine on that balcony watching the sunset over the hills.
