Meet Marcelo! 👋

Marcelo has been part of the team for 3 years, taking care of stock, doing deliveries, and picking up supplies. While he spends most of his time out on the road and in the factory, his favourite part of the job is the great energy and lovely people he gets to work with every day.

Even on the long, hot, and challenging days out on a job, he and the team always find a way to enjoy it. He describes his favourite experience working at AirSmart as the travel opportunities like the project in Mackay which was good fun!

It was time to put down the tools, step away from the job sites, and trade the work gear for golf clubs!

The Air Smart crew took a well-deserved detour for a team lunch, a few cold drinks, and some serious bragging rights on the range.

Everyone had their own strategy for the tees. Some of the boys trusted the “just don’t think about it, let it happen” approach to send it dead straight, others like Steve were quietly creeping up from behind on the leaderboard, and a few of us were definitely just there for the food and asking the pros for swing tips.

In our line of work, we grind day in and day out to get the job done right. But a real crew knows how to balance the hustle… we work hard, and we play even harder!

Huge shoutout to the team for a killer lunch off the tools. Now, back to work! 🚀💪

We took the Team off-site last Friday for a lunchtime session at TopGolf, and the mission was simple: tee up and show off the power. We quickly learned that the team is significantly better at cooling your home than they are at heating up the leaderboard.

For every ball that actually made it to the back fence, there were about fifteen that barely left the mat. If we installed units the way some of the crew swing a club, we’d be out of business by Monday.

Luckily, we’re better on the tools than we are at tees.

Great food, questionable form, and an even better crew.

Meet Kristina, who wears many hats for us here at Air Smart! 🙌

We caught up with Kristina to hear about her incredible journey over the last three years. She started at the front desk answering phones for a nice, easy transition into the company, and has steadily worked her way up.

Today, she handles a bit of everything, specialising in accounts and making key business decisions regarding our insurances and stuff like that.

When asked about her favourite part of the job, her answer echoes our core values: the people.

Kristina describes the Air Smart culture as a true family business where loyalty and hard work are genuinely rewarded.

And she knows that firsthand! Her dedication recently earned her a spot on an incredible, all-expenses-paid 5-star Fujitsu rewards trip to Vietnam. ✈️🌴

For anyone looking to grow in their own career, Kristina shared some fantastic, practical advice:

Get absolute clarity: Know exactly what your role is and what is expected of you.
