When 300 vocal objectors handed back $70 million worth of contracts on an approved apartment development in South Perth, Sam had seen enough. The NIMBY mindset (not in my backyard) was shaping the future of housing, and someone needed to push back.

So she did. Seven days standing at a home show, 700 people signed up, and the first database was born. Ten years on, that movement is 30,000 strong and reshaping apartment living across the country.

Proof that one person, determined enough, can be a real force for change.

A project we are extremely proud of. worked alongside to deliver the commercial painting and rendering package for this major UniLodge student accommodation project.

The adaptive reuse of the former office building has transformed the site into a 1,180-bed student accommodation precinct, with specialist swing stage and abseil access used across the external works.

Finished with 10 vibrant colours, the result is a bold transformation in the heart of Brisbane's CBD. This project is now complete. A big congratulations to everyone involved.

The 2027 is returning to Snapper Rocks, Gold Coast from 11–14 February 🌊

Six years in, the WCC has become a truly unique event, bringing world champions, emerging talent and club surfers together to represent the clubs that shaped them.

The 2026 event brought clubs from across Australia, New Zealand, USA, Hawaii, the UK, France, Japan, Indonesia, Portugal and Peru to the Gold Coast, with Torquay taking the title and the event reaching 2.08M social media impressions, 160K live stream views and audiences across 50 countries.

For 2027, Portugal, USA, New Zealand and Hawaii are already confirmed.
