Started off with the knocking out brick work for demo of the pool and 65 cubic meters of fill to flatten the area. As the pool was being relocated to the backyard on the canal.

Dig footings for garden beds and curved brickwall.

Rendering the house and new blockwork.

Replacing soffit sheets.

Painting all new rendered areas.

New concrete entry pathway to the front door covered with a lovely travertine stone.

Intercome front gate with up down lights.

Landscaping garden beds, turf and stepping pavers to acess areas.

We love seeing our clients enjoying there new out door area.

This space was unusable, they engaged us to raise the back yard 400mm flattening the yard with retaining walls, 22 cube of soil, concrete, tiling with a custom outdoor BBQ, seating and raised garden bed. We also installed 35LM of astro turf down the side of the house and installed decking. Can't wait to show you all the finished product.

The client was after a private entertaining area.
Merbau decking with steps off to the grass.
Insulated fly over patio with 2 downlights.
Timber battened privacy screens.

A little fly over patio for a client with a little privacy screen for their pool it finishes this area off beautifully. Clients are stoked, and so are we. On to the next project. If your outdoor entertaining area needs an uplift reach out, and we can organise a site meeting.

A massive transformation on this project.
● We removed the old patio and tiles.
● Installed new bifolds into the new kitchen.
● Installed a new flyover patio and tiles to match the pool tiles.

This was by far one our favourite patio transformations
