Aeromedical Engineering Pty Ltd is an Australian owned company that has designed and manufactures the patented AeroMed-X stretcher systems utilised in both fixed wing and rotary wing aeromedical airframes. The systems are designed for multiple aircraft types and incorporate the AeroMed-X carbon composite light weight stretcher, medica

l base unit with 3000L of oxygen, portable loading ramps, stretcher adaptors and military adaptors that allow the stretcher to be transferred across all military assets configured to carry traditional NATO Stretchers. The AeroMed-X system is lighter, stronger and costs less than other aeromedical products presently available on the market and is used by several of Australia's international and domestic aeromedical retrieval services.
