🚧 We’re Hiring: Pipe Layer 🚧
We’re expanding our team and looking for an experienced Pipe Layer to join our civil construction crew across SEQ. If you take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy working outdoors with a solid team, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
Install stormwater, sewer, and water mains

Set out trenches and prepare bedding

Operate hand tools & small plant

Work alongside excavator operators and civil crews

Follow WHS procedures and maintain a safe site

Assist with backfilling, compaction & general civil tasks

What You Bring
Experience in pipe laying (stormwater, sewer, or drainage)

Ability to read levels and follow plans

Strong understanding of trench safety

White Card (required)

Relevant tickets (advantageous)

Reliable, punctual, and team‑focused

We’re growing and looking for a motivated Civil Supervisor to lead onsite operations across a range of civil construction projects in SEQ.

If you’re organised, safety‑focused, and confident running crews, this is your chance to step into a key leadership role.

What You’ll Do
Oversee day‑to‑day civil works

Lead crews & subcontractors

Ensure WHS compliance

Coordinate materials & equipment

Read plans & manage site documentation

Deliver quality work on time

What You Bring
Experience as a Civil Supervisor or Leading Hand

Strong civil construction knowledge (stormwater, drainage, earthworks, roads, services)

Solid WHS understanding

White Card (required)

Relevant tickets (bonus)

Driver’s licence

Meet the Team - Spotlight this month is ..... Horse.

*** HAPPY 10 YEARS, HORSE! CONGRATULATIONS 🥳😎👏👊💪***

Horse is one of the original members of the Sniffers family and recently celebrated his 10-year anniversary with us.
To mark the occasion, he was presented with a personalised CAT jacket and a Die Cast Dozer Plaque as a small token of our appreciation.

A man of many talents—whether it’s operating the moxy, compactor, or excavator—Horse has truly found his stride with the D6 Dozer, where he continues to refine his craft with skill and precision.

Horse is the kind of person who simply gets in and gets the job done. He’s a highly reliable and valued member of the Sniffers team.

Outside of work, Horse enjoys the thrill of pigging in his trusty old Ford.
