Solid effort again from the whole team involved in today’s installation. 6 hrs total lifting time!

Well done to all that was there to achieve this and to the mobile crane crew smashing their set up and pack up times, the tower crane riggers, preparations for everything to run so smoothly and the trucks with the council restraints we had.

Big days for the riggers completing this one dealing with the weather that was dealt to us this week. But they completed the job safely and successfully.

Big thank you to all involved to make this one happen. A lot of planning, engineering and temporary works completed to be able to recover this crane.

It is with great sadness that the team at LCL shares that our much loved mate, Matty Lavers, passed away on New Year’s Eve.

Matty was one of our very first employees at LCL and has been a cherished part of our story from the beginning. He did everything with a smile, carried himself as a true gentleman, and made a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of working with him.

We extend our deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to Matty’s wife, Sky, Blake, and to all of his family during this sad time.

On behalf of all of us at LCL, Matty will be deeply missed and never forgotten. Rest in peace Matty 🤍 #1173

Big week with a great crew of lads having fun and getting it done!
Thank you to all the riggers that backed up the big days and got the install of the M60R completed, climb down 37 tower sections, removal of 6 building ties, the dismantle of the Favelle M310DF and the 60t of ballast plus grillage safely in 5 days.

Nicko was a massive help on traffic control. 😂😂😂

But all smooth sailing today for the boys.

Tie and Climb on the Peerless Avenue Project for
Memar Constructions completed today on the Gold Coast.

Looks like the boys all had a good day, completed safely and a couple of laughs had.
