Crane Supervisor

We are seeking a driven and experienced Crane Supervisor to join our growing team at Tenacity Cranes. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines site inspections, allocations, sales, and supervision across crane hire, transport, and structural steel projects.
Key Skills & Experience
✅ Crane operations experience – Open ticket preferred
✅ Staff management & team supervision
✅ Sales experience (cranes, access equipment, transport & labour hire)
✅ Strong computer skills – Mac preferred
✅ Team player mindset – a giver, not a taker
✅ Allocations experience – preferred, but can be trained
Role Responsibilities
• Conduct crane hire site inspections in a timely and professional manner.
• Collect and document all relevant site information to prepare lift studies, estimates, and site notes.
• Plan and allocate cranes, transport, and labour resources for jobs.
• Prepare and send estimates to clients; liaise with alliance companies to source additional resources as required.
• Book jobs in (OneNote or Assignar) and generate SWMS for daily works.
• Oversee allocations – work closely with Projects Manager and Operations Manager to ensure efficient resource distribution.
• Review crane hire dockets, rates, and times before invoicing.
• Drive sales: cold call potential clients, deliver brochures, service existing accounts, and secure new opportunities.
• Operate as a backup crane operator when required.
