Follow our five-step guide to create your dream home with Amali Homes' Pre-Construction Journey.
STEP 1: Let's Bring Your Vision to Life.
Connect with our builder and draftsman to share your dream vision. Together, we’ll transform your ideas into sketches and detailed drawings that give you a clear sense of the layout. We will provide an initial quote along with standard inclusions and upgrade options. To get started, we will need key documents such as the land title and (if applicable) the plan of subdivision or other relevant engineering documents.
STEP 2: Finalising Your Home’s Structure
We will send the drawings for your review and arrange a consultation to discuss any changes. Additionally, we will conduct soil tests and surveys in preparation for your build. After your consultation, you will be ready to start choosing colours and internal fixtures. We also recommend visiting our suppliers before your formal selection appointment to explore the full range of options and get inspired!
STEP 3: Personalise Your Home: Welcome to the Selections Stage
Next, we will arrange a design consultation with our Interior Designer, who will deliver tailored expertise and inspiration to shape the home you’ve always imagined. After your session, we will review your choices together and prepare a cost estimate based on your selections.
STEP 4: Contract Drawings and an Updated Quote
After finalising your selections, we will send you the contract drawings along with an updated quote for your review.
STEP 5: Contract Administration
We'll send the finalised contract drawings and the contract tender ready for signing. Once signed, the remaining balance of your 5% deposit is due. From there, we will handle building permits, council approvals, and everything else required to prepare for construction to start.
Congratulations, your pre-construction client journey is complete!
