My apologies to anyone trying to contact me this morning.
My phone was playing up and sending everything to voicemail, and I didn't work it out until late morning.
But after wondering why isn't my phone ringing today, to getting it sorted, now it hasn't stopped. Yes ive been a tad busy the last few weeks.

The 2025/6 season has kicked off. This customer had water leaking into the house that had collapsed the kitchen ceiling, and continued to leak into her home. With her insurance company unable to do any repairs until the cause was found and repaired.

After someone else had supposedly fixed it, yet it was still leaking water into a strategically placed rubbish bin in her kitchen.
So she called me, it took me less than a few minutes to find the issue. Unfortunately for her the problem was unrepairable and the solution was a new evaporative air conditioner.
I was asked to look at the unit next door after we fitted the new unit for her and found the same problem but the unit has fortunately not started to leak as yet.
So that's getting replaced this week as well.

Yesterday I found an old Brivis evap unit that was so corroded on its base mounts, that it's only connection to anything...

Yesterday I found an old Brivis evap unit that was so corroded on its base mounts, that it's only connection to anything was the water pipe, control cable and the power feed cable. How it had never blown off its base we will never know.

Another unit change over, after many years of service the old evap unit decided it was time for a new one. A least this new Breezair unit will not salt stain the solar panels anymore.

The reason I never recommend a Bonaire or Celaire Evap AC product, less than 6 years old and its off to the dump.
