A lot of companies are only just getting into encapsulation.

We’ve been building these systems In shipyards and industrial environments for years long before it became the “in thing”.

This year we took it another step further and invested in a massive Layher Keder roof system spanning 17m wide x 60m long giving us the ability to tackle even bigger vessel encapsulations and shutdown work.

A lot of people see the finished product, but don’t see what goes into these builds. The planning, engineering, wind management, access and the hours behind the scenes are on another level.

This one isn’t your average job.

Platform built 21 metres up, fully hung over a boiler with no easy access normally you’d be dragging up a million bits of scaffold slow and painful.

Instead we ran Layher Australia FlexBeam which meant:

Way less gear had to go up and no wasting time manhandling gear all day

That’s the difference between just “putting up scaffold” and actually thinking about the job.

We don’t do things the hard way just because that’s how it’s always been done.

T & T Scaffolding is looking for a reliable and hard-working Yard Person to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in staying organised, works efficiently, and isn’t afraid of physical work.

Key Duties:
• Operating forklift to load and unload trucks
• Picking and making up scaffold orders
• Counting and checking scaffold returns
• Inspecting and maintaining scaffold gear
• Keeping the yard clean, organised and safe

What We’re Looking For:
• Current forklift licence (required)
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work
• Strong attention to detail (accurate counting is critical)
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
• Scaffold experience highly regarded but not essential

Last week we inducted the T&T crew into our new Integrated Management System (IMS).

This marks a key step in getting audit ready for ISO certification across ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 45001 (Safety), and ISO 14001 (Environment).

The system brings everything together into one practical framework that supports consistent delivery, safer worksites, and stronger environmental controls built to work in the real world, not just for audits.
