Something exciting starting to take shape in Crangan Bay.

This is an upcoming duplex project we’re currently designing and preparing for construction within the new estate.

The focus with this one has been creating a design that feels at home in the area — clean lines, natural materials and a layout that balances street presence with functional, liveable spaces.

We’ve put a lot of thought into how each dwelling sits on the block, how the internal spaces flow, and how the overall build will come together from both a design and construction perspective.

Looking forward to bringing this one to life and sharing the journey as it progresses.

A quick recap of our Point Clare renovation.

This project was all about improving how the home connected to the incredible outlook over the water.

We worked closely with the owners throughout the process to open up the living areas, improve the flow through the kitchen and dining spaces, and create an outdoor entertaining area that really makes the most of the location.

The end result is a home that feels completely different to how it started — brighter, more connected, and far better suited to the way the owners want to live.

Projects like this are a great example of what can happen when good design and careful construction come together.

Building or renovating a home can feel like a big process, and our goal is always to make that journey as clear, collaborative and enjoyable as possible.

Stopped back into our Point Clare project today and it was great seeing the space being properly lived in and enjoyed.

This project was a really collaborative process from the beginning — working closely with the owners and design team to refine the layout, manage the budget carefully, and focus on the areas that would make the biggest difference to how the home feels and functions.

What started as an idea on paper is now a space that opens up to the lake, connects the kitchen, living and outdoor entertaining areas, and gives the family a place that works beautifully for everyday life.

Moments like this are a good reminder that the goal isn’t just building houses — it’s helping people create spaces they genuinely love living in.

Really proud of how this one came together.

🏗️ Wadalba BBQ Extension – Complete! 🔨

This little project sure put us through our paces — plenty of rain delays trying to get it out of the ground and the roof on 🌧️
And of course… it hasn’t rained since the roof was finished! 😅

The new BBQ facility for Kanwal Football Club, completed in conjunction with Central Coast Council, is now ready to serve the community. Clean, durable finishes and stainless benches make it built to last.

This area will be ready to start serving great BBQ food for the 2026 football season! 🔥🍔

Although commercial-style builds aren’t our usual bread and butter, when the client and the purpose align — we’re always happy to jump in and help bring it to life. 👷‍♂️⚽️
