Why would anyone settle for anything else? Joe has been involved in the building industry for over 30 years, with both his father and grandfather working in the industry. He has worked with some of the most well-known building companies both locally and in Melbourne, in construction supervision and building management roles. Following completion of his builder's registration course in 2010 Joe successfully obtained his domestic builder's registration. In 2013 Joe commenced his own company, initially trading as Advance Construction and Development Pty Ltd, before re-branding as Beach Forest Homes in 2020.
