As the year comes to a close, on what’s been a huge year for us. A year of change, and once again, our biggest yet.

And we’re not slowing down — 2026 is shaping up to be even bigger, with some seriously exciting projects on the horizon. Keep an eye out 👀

With handover targeted for early 2026 in Hamlyn Heights, we’re deep into the critical finishing stages.
Joinery, Painting, Waterproofing, Rendering, and Concrete polishing either complete or near completion.

Next up: Flooring, Tiling, and Fit-off.

The boys absolutely smashed it — not your average project, but they’re making it look easy 💪

Progress continues at our Breakwater Rd project as we hit lock-up stage.💜

Windows are going in, straightening, wrapping and sealing is being completed, all in preparation for the Axon cladding installation to begin.
A major milestone we will be hitting prior to the Xmas break. 🎅🏻🎄💜.

Plenty of progress happening at our Hamlyn Heights project!

We’ve reached lock-up stage, featuring Recycled Red Bricks paired beautifully with Monument Nailstrip cladding.

Here’s a quick teaser of how we’re wrapping things up inside — think P50 shadowline finishes and even some Microcement flooring for that clean, modern edge.
