Projects can have long lead times with their unexpected challenges - and that’s without the ‘rona. You know that when it’s quiet on the surface, preparations are happening behind the scenes. That said, once the permit gets granted, it’s game on and things go quick! ...So much so that in 8 days from receiving the building permits, machines were ready and not one - but TWO beautiful concrete pools shells got dug, reinforced & poured. These pools are hard up against both houses and required underpinning and piers respectively - to hold both house & pool in place. When your client is a concreter by trade, owner building is no problem. The first dips are not far away! 🌊 🌊 🌊

On the You Yangs deck & workshop renovation we were wrapped to be able to add a few new products to our kit. Our timber screen with concealed fixings by should look as good in 50 years as it does today thanks to & ...
