We are proud to share our 2025 Sustainability Report which highlights progress across safety, environment, community and governance.

The report outlines key achievements during the year, including a 50% reduction in air quality exceedances through improved monitoring and controls, $3.7 million investment in community initiatives, retreatment of 2.2 million tonnes of tailings and the completion of the company’s first climate-related disclosure.

The report is a reminder that sustainability is about more than what we produce. It’s about how we operate, how we manage our impacts and how we work with our communities and stakeholders to continually improve.

The report can be downloaded from our website: https://www.talisonlithium.com/sustainability-overview

Local Voices - Key insights from the anchor survey.

Thank you to everyone who took part in our first Voconiq Local Voices Survey.

Your feedback highlighted what's most important to our communities and where we need to improve. We've heard the call for greater transparency, more information about our operations and environmental management, and a clearer understanding of how community feedback influences our decisions.

We're committed to acting on this feedback and sharing our progress.

Thank you to everyone who braved the showery weather to attend the Talison Open Day 2026.

The Greenbushes Primary School was a hive of activity with visitors popping in and out of the displays and activities which included scaffolding, rope rescue, truck simulator experiences, giant cranes and even an electrical substation.

At the internal mine lookout visitors lined up to set off the mock mine blast and measured up against the giant mining machines.

Special thanks to all our Talison teams, our contractors and fantastic community groups for their outstanding efforts to make Open Day 2026 so memorable.
