💫 Supporting Women in STEM by Connecting Education with Industry 🏗️ 👷‍♀️

Last Tuesday evening, our team joined the Women of Wisdom (WOW) Icebreaker event at Western Sydney University, a fantastic initiative empowering female engineering students and building strong links between education and industry.

As event sponsors, it was an honour to be part of this platform by the School of Engineering, Design and Built Environment, bringing together students and industry professionals to connect, learn, and inspire. Events like this play a vital role in helping students grow their confidence, build networks, and bridge the gap between study and professional practice.

A huge thank you to Professor Olivia Mirza and the team behind Wow for the warm welcome and excellent organisation of the evening.

We were proud to see our Co-Founder and Director, Eva Pavlakis, as one of the keynote speakers, sharing her leadership journey from engineering and compliance into co-founding and leading the team at PNP Group.

It was also inspiring to hear from Manasa Marasani, and Chathuri Maha Madakalapuge (PhD, MIEAust), whose words reminded us that “the impact we are making drives us to do what we do.”

The evening’s speakers left us with valuable takeaways:
