From worn-out and brittle to better than the original.

A customer brought us this excavator control panel which was no longer holding up. So we 3D scanned and reverse engineered the original panel to create a brand-new replacement.

While recreating it, we also made a practical upgrade — replacing the original symbols with text, making it much easier for operators to quickly understand each function.

The finished panel was multi-colour 3D printed in ASA filament, giving it excellent durability and UV resistance for demanding machinery environments.
