Another major refurbishment successfully completed by the Oz-Tac Engineering team.

This Twin Pumping Unit has undergone a complete rebuild, extending its service life and returning it to the field ready for many more years of reliable operation.

Our scope of work included:

✅ Complete strip-down to the bare chassis
✅ Rebuild of hydraulic pumps and motors
✅ Replacement of all hydraulic hoses
✅ Full gearbox and tailshaft rebuilds
✅ Complete rebuild of the triplex pumps
✅ Design and manufacture of new hydraulic access stairs and work platform
✅ Abrasive blasting and industrial coating of the chassis, pumps, pipework and operator cab
✅ Final assembly, testing and quality assurance

Projects like this demonstrate Oz-Tac Engineering's ability to deliver complete turnkey refurbishment solutions entirely in-house. From engineering and fabrication through to machining, hydraulics, blasting, painting and final commissioning, our skilled team ensures every component is rebuilt to the highest standard.
