PROJECT COMPLETION | RAMLEGH SPRINGS VILLAGE

Congratulations to on the opening of Ramlegh Springs Village in Clyde North earlier this week!

While our involvement on this project began in late 2023, we know this milestone has been years in the making for APD — and we’re proud to have played a part in bringing it to life.

It was fantastic to see such a strong community turnout at the opening, and we hope our contribution has helped create a space that will be enjoyed for many years to come.

A big thank you to our project team, subcontractors, and consultants for your dedication, collaboration, and effort in successfully delivering this fantastic new facility.

HOLY CROSS PS | And just like that, we’ve achieved Practical Completion at our latest stage in the masterplan for the team at Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools and Holy Cross Primary School Mickleham.

We thank our project partners Hayball, WGA and Intrax Consulting Group for their ongoing support throughout the build and we hope to be back for future stages at the school.

SOD TURN | A sod-turning ceremony was held at Belgrave Heights Christian School to mark the official start of construction for the new Senior Learning Centre. The event brought together key partners involved in the project who ceremonially turned the first soil, signifying the beginning of this collaborative building project. The new centre will bring modern facilities and new opportunities for the school’s senior students.
