Bayline Homes & Developments is pleased to reassure our eager customers that The Moorings Restaurant remains on track for completion at the end of this year. Our first priority is to ensure our very patient but excited purchasers are able to move into their beautiful apartments mid this year. Please spare a thought for those in the building industry at the moment as we deal will limited allocation of raw materials, unprecedented price rises and freight costs, delays with major chain suppliers of timber, insulation and metal roofing, as well as 6 months of continuous rain periods and a shortage of local trades due to the global building boom. As our clients know we will always put quality first before rushing a project, however, volatile housing markets such as these require disciplined accounting to ensure survival hence the recent delays.
