Four days.
That’s all it took for our 2026 Eather Group Trivia Night to sell out.
We honestly can’t thank our community enough.
To everyone who purchased a table, donated a prize, became a sponsor, shared the event or simply helped spread the word, thank you.
The support has been incredible and is another reminder of what can happen when a community comes together behind a cause that matters.
This year’s event is raising funds for Mozza's Way.
Maurie understood the difference being part of a team could make in a young person’s life. As a young person himself, being part of a team gave him something many young people hope to experience: community, belonging and people who believed in him.
He carried that with him throughout his life.
Over 25 years, Maurie gave back to the Windsor Wolves Junior Rugby League Club in countless ways, volunteering as a coach, commentator and Chair of the Board. He quietly dedicated thousands of hours to helping others experience that same sense of connection and support.
When Maurie became unwell, those closest to him knew his legacy would live on through the people and community he had invested so much of himself in.
Together with Maurie’s partner, Nicole, Mozza’s Way was born to carry forward the values Maurie lived every day.
Its flagship initiative, On the Field, helps remove financial barriers by covering junior rugby league registration costs so more young people can experience everything that comes from being part of a team.
Today, the Windsor Wolves, a foundational member of the
Penrith & District Junior Rugby League (PDJRL), the juniors pathway for Penrith Panthers, and are now officially the largest junior club in NSW, making programs like this more important than ever.
As Mozza’s Way continues to grow, we’re also proud to support initiatives such as the Spirit Award, recognising sportsmanship, character and leadership in young players, along with workshops that support players, coaches and volunteers.
While our tables have now sold out, there are still ways to support the event.
If you’d like to contribute, you can make a cash donation through our Eventbrite page, with every dollar helping create more opportunities for local young people and their families through Mozza’s Way.
We’re also gratefully accepting donations of raffle prizes, auction items and experiences. Every contribution helps us maximise what we can raise on the night.
We’d love your support. The donation link is in the comments below.
Thank you again for the incredible support. We can’t wait to bring everyone together on 22 August for what promises to be a fantastic night.
