Four days.

That’s all it took for our 2026 Eather Group Trivia Night to sell out.

We honestly can’t thank our community enough.

To everyone who purchased a table, donated a prize, became a sponsor, shared the event or simply helped spread the word, thank you.

The support has been incredible and is another reminder of what can happen when a community comes together behind a cause that matters.

This year’s event is raising funds for Mozza's Way.

Maurie understood the difference being part of a team could make in a young person’s life. As a young person himself, being part of a team gave him something many young people hope to experience: community, belonging and people who believed in him.

He carried that with him throughout his life.

Over 25 years, Maurie gave back to the Windsor Wolves Junior Rugby League Club in countless ways, volunteering as a coach, commentator and Chair of the Board. He quietly dedicated thousands of hours to helping others experience that same sense of connection and support.

When Maurie became unwell, those closest to him knew his legacy would live on through the people and community he had invested so much of himself in.

Together with Maurie’s partner, Nicole, Mozza’s Way was born to carry forward the values Maurie lived every day.

Its flagship initiative, On the Field, helps remove financial barriers by covering junior rugby league registration costs so more young people can experience everything that comes from being part of a team.

Today, the Windsor Wolves, a foundational member of the
Penrith & District Junior Rugby League (PDJRL), the juniors pathway for Penrith Panthers, and are now officially the largest junior club in NSW, making programs like this more important than ever.

As Mozza’s Way continues to grow, we’re also proud to support initiatives such as the Spirit Award, recognising sportsmanship, character and leadership in young players, along with workshops that support players, coaches and volunteers.

While our tables have now sold out, there are still ways to support the event.

If you’d like to contribute, you can make a cash donation through our Eventbrite page, with every dollar helping create more opportunities for local young people and their families through Mozza’s Way.

We’re also gratefully accepting donations of raffle prizes, auction items and experiences. Every contribution helps us maximise what we can raise on the night.

We’d love your support. The donation link is in the comments below.

Thank you again for the incredible support. We can’t wait to bring everyone together on 22 August for what promises to be a fantastic night.

We are proud of our people and the feats they achieve each day.

Each driver and operator is professional, skilled, and cares about the quality of their work as well as the safety of others.

We are especially proud to watch someone in our team grow. To expand their skills, step up in their career, and find joy in their work.

It’s bittersweet to say goodbye to Rob, who has been driving with us for 5 years.

You may have seen him out on the road in SALLYN, our Mercedes legacy vehicle.

Rob is a true professional driver. Decades into his career when we brought SALLYN home, he stepped up to the challenge of being trained to operate a vehicle that behaves completely different to what he was used to, and required a new style of driving.

Thank you for all your work over the years, and we hope to see you back around these parts some day. In the mean time, enjoy this fresh direction in your career!

The SALLYN keys have been handed on to a very keen and capable Clare, who is mastering its many safety and sustainability features as we speak. From 8-wheeler driver, to truck and dog, and now to this flash new upgrade, we’re so proud watching Clare grow and succeed!

If you see her on the road, give her a wave 👋

If you’re on Sydney roads, you have probably seen our legacy trucks passing by.

Each one represents an important person in the Eather Family’s story, or in Eather Group itself.

None more cherished to us than HOSS1.

Named in honour of Peter’s father, HOSS was our first brand new truck, and the first of a series of legacy vehicles.

For 6 years, Arthur has been at the helm, driving with skill, with care, and with great pride.

Ask anyone, this is Arty’s truck. And he’s taken very seriously the promise he made to Nana Eather to make her proud.

But a new chapter is opening, and with Arty stepping into a leadership role with us, the keys have been turned over.

Congratulations to the new driver of HOSS, Dionis!

We know that HOSS is in great hands, so be sure to give Dionis a wave and thumbs up when you spot him.

And Arthur, thank you for looking after HOSS and its legacy for so many years.

Today 16 years ago, Peter and Sally-ann Eather took the leap to start their own legacy.

Thank you to the team, the suppliers, the partners, the clients, and all those who have kept our wheels turning.

We’ve come so far in 16 years, and the story is only just getting started.

Happy anniversary!

Congratulations to the Gamuda graduates who completed their Graduate Social Impact Project, designing and constructing a native bush tucker garden at Kimberwalli.

Kimberwalli is the Western Sydney Aboriginal Centre for Excellence, and supports Aboriginal young people and their families to reach their full potential.

Eather Group donated over 40T of road base, mulch, and garden mix for the design, sourcing the products locally to be used back on Country in a meaningful way.

Several thousand kids will interact with this garden each year, building their knowledge and connection to local Country and Culture.

It was a pleasure for our team to be present at the official opening and handover.

Legacy projects like this leave a rippling impact in communities, and imagining the meaningful first experiences our young people will have with native plants and foods brings a smile to our faces.

Every year, approximately 1,200 people are killed and a further 44,000 are seriously injured on Australian roads.

National Road Safety Week highlights the importance of road safety, and how we all have a role to play in ensuring that everyone gets home safely.

Our team is made of drivers and operators who care and who take the safety of others and themselves very seriously, safety is important to focus on all year round!

What do our drivers and operators think about road safety? And how do they keep you safe?

It’s time to raise awareness and work together to keep us all safe!

Australia is home to roughly 200,000 truck drivers.

They are skilled in their craft and become masters in logistics, forward planning, and manoeuvring. Imaging trying to navigate a 50T beast through Sydney’s city streets and traffic!

This week is Truck Week, a nationwide celebration of Australia’s heavy vehicle industry and the businesses and drivers who keep Australia moving.

We are so proud of our team of drivers who operate with safety, efficiency, and respect in mind.

Let’s close out Truck Week with Fold-Up Friday!

Another Panthers win on the weekend!

We are proud of our corporate involvement with the Penrith Panthers, and continue to learn from their commitment to continuous improvement, building team culture, and community impact.

Penrith has become the team to beat, not just by working hard, but by working better and to their strengths.

Touring the academy, everything is intentional, helping both players and staff to focus on improving their performance and reaching their full potential.

Peter and Sally-ann met up with Casey McLean, who we sponsor, and learned first-hand about his commitment to the game and to his studies.

It’s inspiring to see young men in the spotlight like Casey be a great role model for young people in our community.
