Project Completion • Menarock Life Aged Care, Salisbury House

Newpol is delighted to finally share the completed in Beaconsfield Upper; another project delivered in collaboration with .

This D&C project saw the construction of a brand-new 30-bed facility at Salisbury House; a historic guest house founded in 1888, which now operates as an Aged Care Facility, yet still boasts a heritage charm. Works further entailed a 27-car park basement, and a renovation of the existing 14-bed wing.

Structural strengthening of the existing build was required, to accommodate an overbuild from the new facility to the original single-storey wing, creating a seamless connection between the two builds. As the facility remained operational, construction was strategically staged to ensure any disruptions were minimised, and the susceptibility of residents was carefully considered throughout the entirety of construction. The steep topography of the site further enhanced the complexity of this project.

Project Completion • 26-28 Hall Street, Hawthorn East

A large, central void seamlessly connects the ground and first floors of the Hall Street Hub, and creates a spacious, light-filled entrance to the five-storey development.

The sculptured staircase featured in the lobby undoubtedly complements this luxe, contemporary space.

We are thrilled to finally share our completed commercial office development in Hawthorn East with you all!

This D&C project involved the construction of a five-storey new build with a single-level basement car park. Additional car parking is provided on the ground floor, which leads occupants out to the high-end foyer of the Hall Street Hub. Three levels of spacious office tenancies and associated amenities lie beyond the lobby. The intricate and striking void that ascends the four-level development is an undoubtable design feature.

The boundary-to-boundary basement, adjoining properties, and overhead power lines to the front of the property all added complexity in constructing this build.

The striking and spacious interior of the brand-new lower primary building offers a unique, yet functional learning space for students. An arts room, IT lab, and general purpose classrooms are just some of the state-of-the-art facilities featured in this new build.

The brand-new primary building at Ilim College showcases a functional and open learning design that places student and staff wellbeing at the forefront. Various breakout and collaborative learning spaces are featured in this new facility, along with designated wellbeing areas across the two levels.

Project Completion • Ilim College, Dallas

It was a pleasure to deliver another project for Ilim College at their Dallas Primary Campus.

Newpol constructed a brand-new, two-storey learning facility designed by MSM & Associates Pty Ltd. This build has provided the College with ten additional general purpose classrooms, along with a specialised art room and IT lab. A designated student wellbeing centre, collaborative learning spaces, and staff rooms and conference areas are also housed in the new facility.

Externally, extensive hard and soft landscaping was completed, creating the perfect space to encourage students to socialise and play outside.

Big congratulations to our team on delivering this state-of-the-art lower primary building!
