Straight timber, curved stairs.

Floorboards come dead straight and don’t like going around corners, so these curved stair risers were a first for us. Andy and the team at Made By Storey took the challenge in their stride and flexed the timber around every curve.
The design was topped off with a bullnosed marble tread.

We’re on site in Clifton Hill. The subfloor is complete and the structural steel is going in. This is the most important stage of the whole job. If everything is set to the right RLs and installed at the right height now, everything that follows goes in smoothly.

The brickwork is the hero of the facade on this project. To keep those clean lines unbroken, we used brick facings instead of full bricks which allowed for a seamless finish.

A year or more of hard work, problem-solving, and late nights, and then this moment. Handing over the keys and watching the excitement on our clients’ faces never gets old. It’s not just about the process. It’s the relationships we build getting there.
