During Indo Pacific 2026, IKAD Engineering and Marunda Pty Ltd signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), formalising a strategic partnership focused on collaboration across the defence and commercial marine sectors.

This agreement establishes a framework for knowledge sharing, joint initiatives, and the development of innovative solutions that support naval and commercial maritime operations.

iKAD Engineering's marine crew were privileged to support Leeuwin Ocean Adventures with works to the STS Leeuwin II during a maintenance activity in May 2026.

During this time, our team took it upon themselves to manufacture a new gangway, ensuring safe and easy access for all crew and passengers on and off the vessel.

The gangway was proudly donated and presented to Captain James Rakich.
