🧽 We're hiring cleaners in Hervey Bay 🧽
At Baywaters Cleaning & Property Services, attitude matters more to us than experience. We can teach you how we clean, we can't teach you to care about doing it well.
So if you've spent years in nursing, aged care, childcare, or hospitality - anywhere attention to detail and pride in your work mattered, and you're ready for something where you can put your head down, do great work, and head home - we'd love to hear from you.
👀What the work looks like:
We clean short-term rental properties (Airbnb check-outs) across Hervey Bay between 10am - 2pm, plus a roster of commercial clients. Commercial shifts are typically early mornings (around 6–8am) or a few afternoons a week (around 4–8pm).
Casual work, approximately 10–15 hours per week depending on availability, with more hours likely during key periods like school holidays. We need team members who can work over school holiday periods, and ideally are available for the occasional weekend shift (not every week).

- Honesty, reliability and good communication
- Showing up for your shifts and your teammates
- Comfortable working solo when needed, but a team player at heart
🚗What you'll need:
- Reliable transport, a current driver's licence and your own car
- Willingness to obtain a police check if needed
- A great attitude - we'll provide the training and all supplies.
Pay is in line with the Cleaning Services Award.
