A special little project to be a part of! 👌

Stage 2 is underway, with our client wanting a flowing concrete footpath that will eventually lead through to a new garage and half-court basketball court. 🏀🏡

The team at KMConcrete knocked out 65m² of plain grey concrete, delivering another quality finish as always! 👏

We’re proud to be part of this project, working alongside some great trades and landscapers to help bring this stunning piece of Semaphore history back to life for a young family to enjoy for many years to come.

Our client engaged us to install two retaining walls in preparation for new paving and a garden bed, as they begin renovating this beautifully built 1910 home on The Esplanade at Semaphore.

They chose McLaren concrete sleepers, giving the walls a beautiful textured finish that will tie in perfectly with the rest of their landscape design. 🌿

We’re proud to be a part of this project, working alongside other trades and landscapers to help bring this stunning piece of Semaphore history back to life for this young family to enjoy for many years to come. 🏡

Another quality project completed for a good friend! 👌

We installed this sleek 1.8m vertical blade fence to enhance the pool area while still making the most of the stunning natural outlook. The modern design adds privacy, security, and a touch of elegance without taking away from the beautiful views.

The only thing left to do is install a custom-made panel to complete the project, and it’ll be looking absolutely spot on! 🔥
