FOUNDING PARTNER | ELITE HEAT
HE PLAYED FOR THE MAGPIES. NOW HE’S BUILDING THEM.
Damien West has already given plenty to this club as a player.
In 2026–27, he will give back in three more important ways:
• Head Coach of our Under-18 team
• Assistant coach within our CTPL program
• Returning Founding Partner through Elite Heat Pumps & Refrigeration
Damien’s coaching roles place him directly between our emerging talent and senior cricket; helping young Magpies understand the standards, preparation and character required to take the next step.
That is more than coaching. That is community leadership.
Through Elite Heat, Damien is also investing financially in the future of the club and the five regions we now represent.
Elite Heat Pumps & Refrigeration services homes and businesses across Southern Tasmania, providing heat pump, air-conditioning and refrigeration installations, breakdown repairs and scheduled maintenance, as well as multi-zone ducting and tailored heating and cooling solutions.
Professional. Accredited. Local.
Need a new heat pump, an urgent repair or your current system serviced?
