Thank you again to the Samoa In Action group for the opportunity to give back ❤️

Part of the reason for going was to identify needs where we can contribute over the next year.
My aim will be to gather second hand power tools and hand tools and most of all safety equipment that can sent to restock the tech schools.
Classes of up to 50 students are managing with half a dozen ear m**f and no safety glasses,
second hand carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical tools are desperately needed.
If anyone has spare tools you believe you could spare and still have a little life in them, please contact me and I’ll find a way to pick them up

Thank you any support

Enhanced Construction and Dirt Building Designs recently supported a mission to help improve the learning capabilities of schools in Samoa.
The mission raised money to upgrade and introduce laptops and large screen TV’s into class rooms to over 8 schools across various islands, supporting grades from pre school through to high school.
The aim was to help modernise their learning capacity by giving them access to the internet which is available across Samoa.
Many other recourses like writing tablets, stationery and sports equipment were also supplied.

I was honoured to have the opportunity to participate in the 10 day journey and was completely humbled by the generosity of the rest of the group, who came from all walks of life.
To the Samoan people, thank you for welcoming us into your lives and for your beautiful smiles.
I believe you gave us so much more in return with your celebrations of song, dance and big traditional feasts which brought the joy and smiles to everyone involved.

~Willow Court Nurses Quarters~
This is what the start of the next exciting stage of restoring this beauty looks like, scrolls of plans and demolition!
Congratulations to owners Defne & Betul (the Siisters) and XSquared Architecture for getting it to this next stage.

Business update: After another busy year, Enhanced Construction is taking a well-deserved break for the next 4-6 months. Next year, we are excited to reboot the business with new ideas and our continuing, strong commitment to delivering sustainable, healthy homes built specifically for Tasmanian conditions. We can still be contacted via our website and existing email addresses are still in use.

We want to express sincere gratitude to our teams, networks of trusted trades and our fantastic clients, trusting us to deliver the vision for their projects. Our success would not have been possible without the support of all of these people.

A special shout-out to our exceptional teams - for their commitment and dedication to consistent quality work and supporting our clients throughout every project.

Lastly, Damian and Anja are leaving the business to pursue another venture - I want to say a huge thankyou to them for their long-standing support and commitment to helping the business grow from a small, single-team building company, expanding into an award-winning, multi team business. You gave me the courage to push myself and achieve what we set out to do.

In the meantime - signing off - see you next year!
Matt

So pleased to announce our win at this year's HIA Awards - winning small commercial project for our library re-development at John Paul II Primary School in Rokeby. A first class team delivered this build - foreman Trent Stevens, leading hands Christian Rieper + Jordan Buckney and project manager, Damian Flynn.
Mana architects delivered an elevated and considered design - brought to life by the team over the following months. The proof was delivered in a comment by one of the young primary students, who said to architect, Nicky Adams:
‘Excuse me, is this for me? Thank you for making me feel so special.’
