Industrial or Commercial Door not operating smoothly ? Shuddering, squealing or stopping part way ? Been Serviced in the last 12 months ? Industrial and Commercial Doors should be Serviced and Safety Inspected at least every 12 months for regular use to help prevent breakdowns. High usage Doors should be done more frequently. A Service and Safety Inspection looks for worn or damaged components, checking Spring tension, removing grease, dirt and road grime from the Guides to assist smooth operation, inspecting Hand Chains, Axle Brackets, Drive Chains, Bolts, Bearings, Grub Screws, Motor Mounts, Bottom Rail, Motor for leaks or issues, Door Limits, Curtain alignment, cleaning and inspecting any PE Beams /Reflectors, Carriages and Carriage Bolts, Sliding Door tracks and more. BEFORE and AFTER PHOTOS. Have you seen this before ? Had this happen on your site ? Unfortunately a Forklift reversed into this Industrial Roller Door pushing it out of the guides (tracks) and the impact has resulted in vertical creasing to the Curtain. As you can see in the 2nd and 3rd Photo, our Service Technicians have re-fitted the Roller Door back into the Guides and panel beat the Curtain, to remove as much of the creasing as possible. The Roller Door and components are then safety inspected to ensure there is no other damage.
