Meet Renee, our Administrator! 👋🏼

Born and bred Territorian, Renee grew up in the rural area and has always called the NT home. ❤️

With a Certificate III in Business Administration, she brings a diverse background across operations, logistics, facilities management and correctional services.

Working behind the scenes, Renee helps keep things running smoothly for the HCS crew, supporting the day-to-day admin and making sure everything stays organised and on track. ✅

Outside of work, she loves camping, spending time with her dogs, hanging out with family, getting out in the garden and enjoying a cheeky bevy with friends. 🍻🏕️🌱 🐶

We’re looking forward to having Renee as part of the team and working alongside her as HCS continues to grow! 🚀

👋 A new face around HCS — meet Jordan! 🔨

Originally from Geelong, Victoria, Jordan brings a great mix of experience across construction and maintenance, remote work, and both residential and commercial carpentry. 🛠️🏗️

He’s keen to keep learning, sharpen his skills and continue progressing as a carpenter. 💪🔧

When he’s not working, you’ll usually find Jordan enjoying a bit of AFL, fishing, surfing, golf or snowboarding… although he might be waiting a while for that Darwin snow season! 😂🌴

We’re looking forward to having Jordan on board and seeing him continue to grow with HCS. 👊

👋 Welcome to the crew, Jacob! 🔧

We’re stoked to officially welcome Jacob to the HCS crew as our newest apprentice! 🎉👏

A Darwin born and bred local, Jacob first joined us for a week of work experience. He enjoyed it so much and loved being part of the team that he decided to come back and take on an apprenticeship with us!

Jacob has already got some experience under his belt, along with his Cert I and Cert II in Engineering, and has come on board ready to learn, get stuck in and work towards becoming the best apprentice he can be. 🛠️⚙️

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys fishing, camping and getting out and about on his days off.

We’re looking forward to watching Jacob learn, grow, build his skills and develop into a qualified tradesman over the next few years!

Behind every project complete there’s this bunch of legends in the office keeping everything running smoothly at HCS Constructions NT.

This is the crew handling the behind the scenes stuff – tenders, contracts, safety, fleet, schedules, compliance, payroll, and all the bits and pieces that keep our projects ticking over.

They’re the ones chasing paperwork, tracking costs, and making sure our supervisors and tradies have what they need to get the job done safely and on time.

Couldn’t do what we do across the Territory without this team backing us up.

Big thanks to the office crew for keeping HCS a well-oiled machine.🙏

A massive congratulations to our apprentice Jyh Ryder

who has officially completed his trade! 🙌

Jyh’s out on Bickerton Island at the moment, helping deliver a project, but we’re already looking forward to celebrating this milestone with a cold beer when he’s back. 🍻
