We did offer a service that would fix this problem...🙄🙋🛳️

Apparently Tasmania’s $528 million icebreaker can handle Antarctica.

It just can’t get to the fuel pump in Hobart.

The RSV Nuyina is still making a 670-kilometre round trip to Burnie to refuel, costing taxpayers nearly $900,000 a year.

The State Government was meant to provide a permanent solution by July 31.

Its big idea so far?

Roll in some trucks.

The Commonwealth described that proposal as “far from acceptable”, which is government language for: surely you can do better than this.

Tasmania is supposed to be Australia’s Antarctic gateway. We need a proper refuelling solution in Hobart, not an annual taxpayer-funded sightseeing trip up the coast.

Only in Tasmania’s bureaucracy. 🚢

We've seen a bit of confusion surrounding our approved Ulverstone development, so we'd like to clear things up.

Our new Tas Petroleum site will not replace or impact Crispy's Takeaway. In fact, both businesses will continue to operate side by side, sharing the same location.

Together, we'll create a convenient one-stop destination where you can fuel up, grab a bite to eat and pick up a drink - all in one place.

We're looking forward to working alongside a well-loved local business and bringing even more convenience to the Ulverstone community.
