Here we are at Chester Street, Ormeau laying down another residential shed slab for another happy client.

All the prep done beforehand and a clean pour to finish it off — this one’s now ready for the next stage. Quality work comes from getting everything right before the concrete hits the ground.

The prep stage is where quality is decided — levels, formwork, reinforcement, and planning done properly so the finish looks the way it should.

This is the stuff that separates a good result from a costly problem later on.

Looking back on 2025, what I’m most proud of isn’t just the number of jobs we completed — it’s the standard we held across every one of them.

Showing up every day, doing the prep properly, and standing by the quality of our work is what matters to me. The results speak for themselves, but it’s the consistency behind the scenes that I’m proud of most. We’ve built a quality team & work environement here at SKS Concreting and i’m super excited to see what we could do next year.
