Engineering Update: Successful Bogie Drive Replacement on 450T Ship Unloader!

The ship unloader’s bogie drive was successfully replaced following the detection of structural cracking. Ex*****on required an engineered heavy-lift strategy, utilizing a custom-designed lifting beam and two 100-tonne hydraulic jacks to elevate one corner of the 450-tonne structure. This configuration ensured a safe workspace for the removal of the defective bogie assembly and the subsequent installation of the replacement drive.

The project concluded safely and on schedule, further validating our growing capabilities.

Ben can also break dance! Break danced so well he changed race. You can’t make this up.

Cancer is a journey no family should have to face alone, which is why we were proud to support Kim’s fundraising efforts as a business and rally behind such an important cause.

Kim shaved her head in support of her Mum, who is currently going through chemo treatment. Kim’s strength and compassion are nothing short of inspiring.

IMS matched Kim’s donations dollar for dollar. This was our single largest charity donation to date, $4600 was donated from Kim’s family, friends and other businesses, and then $4600 on behalf of IMS to raise the fundraising efforts to a massive $9200.

Cancer affects so many people and it’s nice to be in a position to help change lives.

Please join us in sending love, strength and healing wishes to Kim’s mum as she continues her fight!
