A reputable building and construction company is looking for a Casual Secretary to provide administrative support to our busy office team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
• Managing appointments and schedules
• Preparing letters, reports, and other documents
• Maintaining filing systems and company records
• Assisting with invoices, timesheets, and general office duties
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Previous secretarial or administrative experience preferred
• Knowledge of the building and construction industry is an advantage
