Another suspension overhaul completed! 🔧🚙

This vehicle came in with its old mix matched suspension completely worn out knocking and squeaking and well past its best. We upgraded it with a .engineering.4x4 Monotube IFP 2.0 2" (50mm) Lift Kit, featuring 100-250kg front springs and 500kg constant load-to-GVM rear springs to better suit the vehicle's intended use then replaced both lower control arms and driver side drive shaft and also repairing elongated leaf hanger hole

While the vehicle had been regularly serviced throughout its life, the deteriorated suspension bushes had never been identified. Over time, the excessive movement caused by the worn bushes elongated out the leaf spring hanger hole in the chassis and also elongated the lower control arm strut mount holes.

This is a great example of why routine servicing should include a thorough suspension and underbody inspection. Catching worn bushes early can prevent costly repairs and avoid damage to mounting points and chassis components.

If your 4WD is starting to feel loose, noisy, or unsettled on the road, it may be worth having the suspension checked before minor wear turns into major repairs.

This Holden Colorado came in needing some front suspension attention 🔧

The added weight of the bull bar had caused the factory front suspension to sag over time, getting to the point where a proper wheel alignment could no longer be achieved.

We upgraded the front end with a new 2 inch strut setup designed to handle the extra weight properly 👌

Another lighting upgrade completed! 🔥🚙

We supplied and installed a set@roadvisionaus 8” LED Driving Lights with Combo Beam and Dynamic DRL for maximum visibility and a tough modern look. 💡

We also upgraded the vehicle with new headlights LED headlight globes for both low and high beam, giving brighter, clearer night driving performance.

To finish it off, we restored and cleaned the headlight lenses so they’re crystal clear again — improving both appearance and light output! ✨
